Return Policy Information

Thank you for shopping with us. Excellent customer service is paramount and we will do everything in our power to make your experience with us pleasant. Because we sell medical products certain guidelines must be followed, some of which prohibit the return of opened/used products.

RMA - In the event that a product needs to be returned, you must contact us to request an RA (Return Authorization). The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on a return. Items received without a valid RMA will not be accepted. See below for specific return details.

  • Restocking Charge - To avoid this charge, please take care in handling and packaging your returned product. Items that are returned with damaged packaging may be assessed a restocking charge. All returned items will be inspected before any credit/refund is issued. If the packaging is damaged a restocking/repackaging charge of 15% will be charged against your credit/refund. 
  • Opened Masks - We can not accept returns on open masks. Masks are personal medical equipment and once the original package seal has been broken it is no longer considered new/unused. Give us a call and we will be happy to assist you as much as possible in choosing a mask that is right for you. 
  • Un-Opened Masks - Masks that are un-opened (the seal on the manufacturer's packaging has not been broken) can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid RMA. 
  • Machines & Humidifiers - CPAP, Auto CPAP & BiLevel are only returnable for reasons covered under the manufacturer's warranty. See the warranty information page for specific manufacturer details. 
  • Oxygen Concentrators and Nebulizers - Are only returnable for reasons covered under the manufacturer's warranty. 
  • CPAP Parts and Accessories - may be returned if within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unopened, in the original packaging, and they are returned to us with a valid RMA   
  • Sleeping Solutions and Comfort Products - All products manufactured by Core Products International, Inc. are backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
  • PAPillows - We can not accept returns on open PAPillows for sanitary reasons. If you have any questions about these products please contact us prior to purchase. 
  • Credit/Refunds - On items returned for credit, a coupon for the credit amount will be issued within 7-10 business days from the date the credit was approved, exclusive of the shipping charge. For refunds, we will return the refund amount to the credit card used to place the order, exclusive of the shipping charge. If the item purchased qualified for free shipping then the actual shipping cost will be subtracted from the refunded amount.You can expect to see the refund on your statement within 5-7 business days or longer depending on your bank.
  • Mis-Shipped items - We ship every order exactly as it is placed. If we accidentially ship you the wrong item we will coordinate the return at no cost to you as well as the correct item. If you decide that you do not want an order after it has been shipped, a credit for the purchase price of the product less the shipping charges to the destination and back to us will be subtracted from of the refund.
